Warming: Water (Aqua), Propanediol, Gluconolactone, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Sodium Benzoate, Polysorbate 20, Citric Acid, Capsicum Annuum Resin

Cooling: Water (Aqua), Propanediol, Polysorbate 20, Gluconolactone, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Sodium Benzoate, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Leaf Extract, Citric Acid

Key Ingredients:

Propanediol: This ingredient is derived from a corn sugar fermentation process. A more natural alternative to propylene glycol that is derived from propylene oxide; a petrochemical.

Capsicum Annum Resin: Also known as Capsaicin; a natural warming agent derived from chili peppers. Causes a warming sensation when it comes in contact with mucous membranes.

Mentha Piperita: Not only does it provide a cooling sensation on contact, it also provides a subtle plumping effect to skin.
