pto information

• Anyone with less than 15 days of PTO (including sick) will be able to earn 15 PTO days per year beginning January 1st, 2016

• A flat accrual rate is now in place (tenure will not affect accrual rate or the cap)

• Maximum accrual is 1X the annual accrual (carryover is limited to 1X)

When requesting PTO, you need to perform the following.

1.       Fill in the form (link to all employee folder; also attached) *Note that you have to log in with your systemjo.com email address (not your personal)

2.       Have your manager sign the form

3.       Scan the signed form and email it to controller@systemjo.com and CC your manager
